RS33866 / H0973 This is a FY 2026 supplemental appropriation to the Military Division. It provides $6,500,000 from federal funds to replace climate control systems in buildings occupied by the Idaho Air National Guard at Gowen Field.

LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE BILL NO. 973 BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE AN ACT1 RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION TO THE MILITARY DIVISION; APPROPRIATING ADDI-2 TIONAL MONEYS TO THE MILITARY DIVISION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026; AND DECLAR-3 ING AN EMERGENCY.4
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:5
SECTION 1. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter6 239, Laws of 2025, and any other appropriation provided by law, there is7 hereby appropriated to the Military Division for the Federal/State Agree-8 ments Program $6,500,000 from the Federal Grant Fund to be expended for9 operating expenditures for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026,10 for the purpose of replacing climate control systems in Air National Guard11 buildings at Gowen Field.12
SECTION 2. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby13 declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after14 passage and approval.15
