Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the succession to property of deceased residents of veterans homes.
AmendsSection66-906,IdahoCode,tocomplywiththeUnclaimedPropertyActregardingintangibleproperty, exemptsunclaimedtangiblepropertyfromtheUnclaimedPropertyAct,andprovidesamechanismforresidents to donate their property to the Veterans Home upon their death if they so choose.
