ThepurposeofthislegislationistoallowcountiesinIdahotodeclareacatastrophicpublicnuisance and request abatement from federal land management agencies when the condition of federally managedlandpresentsadangerofcatastrophicwildfireandthreatensthehealth, safetyandwelfare of the citizens.
