Amends existing law to remove a provision regarding rulemaking authority for provisional appointments.
Under Idaho Code 67-5309 Rules of the Division of Human Resources and the Personnel Commission removes section (k) concerning provisional appointments, as it is no longer used and to make technical corrections. Under Idaho Code 67-5316 to provide a correct code reference related to the deletion of provisional appointments.
