Idaho Bills

Amends existing law to provide for persons engaged in the business of or acting in the capacity of a contractor.

This legislation clarifies who is entitled to a right to lien under Idaho Code 45-501. The bill creates consistency in definitions with Idaho Code, Title 54, Chapter 52.
