Repeals and amends existing law relating to the Idaho Health Insurance Exchange Act.

This legislation repeals the State Health Insurance Exchange statutes (Chapter 61, Title 41, Idaho Code). Idaho will no longer establish, operate, nor maintain a state health insurance exchange.
