Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise the Agricultural Protection Area Act.

This legislation provides some incentives for agricultural landowners to voluntarily apply for Agricultural Protection Area designations and it further clarifies the intent of the statute that was passed by the Legislature in 2024 through H 608aaS.

Amends Senate Bill 1133 to revise the Agricultural Protection Area Act.
