STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

RS33640 / S1385 This appropriation to the Industrial Commission provides enhancements to the FY 2027 maintenance budget that includes IRIS Maintenance Contract, Annual Seminar/CIWCS, Peace/Detention Officer Disability Fund, and OITS Hardware.

This appropriation provides an additional $440,600 to the maintenance appropriation provided to Economic Development agencies in S1373. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in this bill, of which the ongoing increase is $88,900 and $351,700 is onetime. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.	4
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:	5
SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,	6
there is hereby appropriated to the Industrial Commission the following	7
amounts to be expended according to the designated programs and expense	8
classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30,	9
