LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 31 BY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE A HOUSE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL TEM-2 PORARY AND PENDING RULES OF THE IDAHO STATE POLICE, THE SEXUAL OFFENDER3 MANAGEMENT BOARD, AND THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS HAVE BEEN4 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE HOUSE JUDICIARY, RULES, AND ADMINISTRATION5 COMMITTEE, WITH EXCEPTIONS.6 Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:7 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees8 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-9 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-10 letin; and11 WHEREAS, the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee re-12 viewed temporary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho State Police, the13 Sexual Offender Management Board, and the Office of Administrative Hear-14 ings.15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Represen-16 tatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho17 Legislature, that all temporary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho State18 Police, the Sexual Offender Management Board, and the Office of Administra-19 tive Hearings, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act and submitted20 through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator to the Legisla-21 ture for review during the 2026 legislative session have been reviewed and22 approved by the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee with23 the exception of IDAPA 62.01.01, Office of Administrative Hearings, Idaho24 Rules of Administrative Procedure, Docket No. 62-0101-2501, Sections 011.,25 012., and 515., only, which were not approved.26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administra-27 tion Committee held that the following pending rule docket become effective28 upon sine die of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legis-29 lature: IDAPA 57.01.01, Sexual Offender Management Board, Rules of the Sex-30 ual Offender Management Board, Docket No. 57-0101-2501.31
