RS33547 / H0877 This appropriation to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation provides additional funding to the FY 2027 budget for a lease increase for the Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

This appropriation provides an additional $2,100 to the maintenance appropriation provided to the State Board of Education. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is $2,100. BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
AN ACT	1
RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION TO THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION;	2
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABIL-	3
ITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING	4
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.	5
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:	6
SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,	7
there is hereby appropriated to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation	8
for the Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program $2,100 from the Gen-	9
eral Fund to be expended for operating expenditures for the period July 1,	10
2026, through June 30, 2027.	11
SECTION 2. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby	12
declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after	13
July 1, 2026.	14
