STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Thislegislationreinstatesaportionofthelandsurveyoropen-bookexam. Theexamensuresthatlandsurveyors have a basic understanding of Idaho-specific property law. This protects Idaho property owners from boundary disputes and litigation.
