LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 33 BY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE A HOUSE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL2 TEMPORARY AND PENDING RULES OF THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME,3 THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF LANDS, THE DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFES-4 SIONAL LICENSES, THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, AND THE5 IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY6 THE HOUSE RESOURCES AND CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, WITH EXCEPTIONS.7 Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:8 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees9 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-10 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-11 letin; and12 WHEREAS, the House Resources and Conservation Committee reviewed tem-13 porary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game,14 the Idaho Department of Lands, the Division of Occupational and Professional15 Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Idaho De-16 partment of Water Resources.17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Represen-18 tatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho19 Legislature, that all temporary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho De-20 partment of Fish and Game, the Idaho Department of Lands, the Division of21 Occupational and Professional Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and22 Recreation, and the Idaho Department of Water Resources, pursuant to the Ad-23 ministrative Procedure Act and submitted through the Office of the Admin-24 istrative Rules Coordinator to the Legislature for review during the 202625 legislative session have been reviewed and approved by the House Resources26 and Conservation Committee with the following exceptions, which were not ap-27 proved:28 (1) IDAPA 13.01.04, Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Rules Governing29 Licensing, Docket No. 13-0104-2401, Section 700., Subsection 02. and30
