RS33614 / HR026 This resolution states all pending and temporary rules of the Department of Environmental Quality and the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses have been reviewed and approved by the House Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee, with the following exceptions: 1) IDAPA 24.05.01, Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, Rules of the Board of Drinking Water and Wastewater Professionals, Docket No. 24-0501-2501, Section 400 only; and 2) IDAPA 58.01.11, Department of Environmental Quality, Ground Water Quality Rules, Docket No. 58-0111-2501, Section 003. and Section 200., Subsection 01.a., only. 3) The following rule docket becomes effective upon sine die of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legislature: IDAPA 58.01.08, Department of Environmental Quality, Rules for Public Dirnking Water Systems, Docket No. 58-0108-2502.

LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 26 BY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE A HOUSE RESOLUTION 1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL 2 PENDING AND TEMPORARY RULES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY 3 AND THE DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES HAVE BEEN 4 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE HOUSE ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY, AND TECHNOLOGY 5 COMMITTEE, WITH EXCEPTIONS. 6 Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho: 7 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees 8 of the Legislature shall review any pending or temporary rule that is ger- 9 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul- 10 letin; and 11 WHEREAS, the House Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee re- 12 viewed pending and temporary rules adopted by the Department of Environmen- 13 tal Quality and the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Represen- 15 tatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho 16 Legislature, that all pending and temporary rules adopted by the Department 17 of Environmental Quality and the Division of Occupational and Profes- 18 sional Licenses, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act and submitted 19 through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator to the Legisla- 20 ture for review during the 2026 legislative session have been reviewed and 21 approved by the House Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee, except 22 for the following, which were not approved: 23 (1) IDAPA 24.05.01, Division of Occupational and Professional Li- 24 censes, Rules of the Board of Drinking Water and Wastewater Profession- 25 als, Docket No. 24-0501-2501, Section 400., only; and 26 (2) IDAPA 58.01.11, Department of Environmental Quality, Ground Water 27 Quality Rules, Docket No. 58-0111-2501, Section 003. and Section 200., 28 Subsection 01.a., only. 29 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following pending rule dockets become 30 effective upon sine die of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth 31 Idaho Legislature: IDAPA 58.01.08, Department of Environmental Quality, 32 Rules for Public Drinking Water Systems, Docket No. 58-0108-2502. 33 -- 1 of 1 --
