BY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE
A HOUSE RESOLUTION	1
STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL	2
PENDING RULES OF THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND THE DIVISION OF	3
VETERANS SERVICES HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE HOUSE COMMERCE	4
AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE.	5
Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:	6
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees	7
of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-	8
mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-	9
letin; and	10
WHEREAS, the House Commerce and Human Resources Committee reviewed	11
pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of Commerce and the Division	12
of Veterans Services.	13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Repre-	14
sentatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth	15
Idaho Legislature, that all pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of	16
Commerce and the Division of Veterans Services, pursuant to the Administra-	17
tive Procedure Act and submitted through the Office of the Administrative	18
Rules Coordinator to the Legislature for review during the 2026 legislative	19
session have been reviewed and approved by the House Commerce and Human Re-	20
sources Committee.	21
