STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This legislation amends Section 67-1076 of the Idaho Code to require the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) to submit annual administrative, financial, and debt information to a central reporting portal (Transparent Idaho) managed by the State Controller.
