GUARANTEED INCOME PROGRAMS

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

These programs are defined as those offering regular, unconditional cash payments for any purpose, excluding those requiring work or training from recipients. The legislation declares such local efforts null and void unless explicitly authorized by state statue.
