Amends House Rules 6, 8, 10, and 17 regarding the introduction of bills.

This legislation amends House Rules #6, #8, #10, and #17. Rule #6: Bills presented to the Chief Clerk for introduction will receive the designation of informational bills with an associated bill number and remain in the Office of the Chief Clerk. Each member will have the option of introducing three (3) informational bills per legislative session. Rule #8: Clarifies the designation of an informational bill per Rule #6. Rule #10: Clarifies that the referring of informational bills comes from Rule #6. Rule #17: Clarifies that informational bills are not subject to call from the House floor.
