This legislation amends Idaho Code, Sections 35-301, 302, 303, and 305 by updating current provisions for carelessexposureofbarbedwirefences. Itfurtherrevisesprovisionsregardingapropertyowner'sliabilityafter receiving notice. Finally, it adjusts penalties.
