Repeals existing law relating to the Coeur d'Alene River and Lake Commission.

Consistent with the Governor’s Red Tape Reduction Act this legislation eliminates the obsolete Coeur d’Alene River and Lake Commission. In 1931 the commission was created in statute but is no longer in existence. VariousotherStateandLocalagencies/organizations/commissionsarenowtaskedwiththeprotectionsofCoeur d’Alene River and Lake including the Governor’s recently formed advisory committee.
