The American Rescue Plan Act ( ARPA) which was passed congress and signed in to law, allocated the State of Idaho was allocated $1,094,018,353. This House Resolution would acknowledge that $50,000,00 from the State Fiscal Recovery fund would be obligated to provide for workforce training for the in-demand professions impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
