This legislation relates to personal delivery devices, amending section 40-2305, Idaho Code, on where the devices can operate and section 49-117, Idaho Code, to revise the definitions to allow for devices from different manufacturers under the statute. The legislation also contains an emergency clause that puts it into full force and effect on or after July 1, 2022.
