Thepurposeofthislegislationistoclarifystatutelanguagechangesmadeinthe2021Legislativesessionwhich moved all decision-making authority to the Public Health District Boards and Directors. Chapter 53, title 67, Idaho Code no longer applies to Public Health Districts since their employees are no longer considered state employees.
