TheIdahoMilitaryDivisionseekstoamendandupdateIdahoCodeSection46,Chapter2,OfficersandEnlisted Men, in order to correctly reflect diversity within the Idaho Military Division. Currently the language used in Title 46 does not reflect the gender diversity within the Idaho Military Division. The proposed change would amend the word “men” throughout Chapter 2.
