This is an FY 2022 trailer appropriation bill for the Supreme Court. It addresses the fiscal impact of S1137, which increases pay for magistrate judges by 2.00% to $132,400; for district judges by 1.83% to $144,400; for Court of Appeals judges by 1.76% to $150,400; and for Supreme Court justices by 1.65% to $160,400. The amount appropriated in this bill includes funding to provide the applicable pay raises to the two new magistrate judgesaddedbyH272of2021andtheonenewdistrictjudgeaddedbyH27of2021.
