STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Thislegislationwouldprohibitpublicschoolsfromteachingracistorsexistconcepts. Ifapublicschoolviolates this provision this legislation allows the State Board of Education to withhold funds or it provides taxpayers standing in a private cause of action.
