Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding regional airport authorities.

This legislation amends Idaho Code to reconfigure Idaho's geographic regional airport authority divisions and establishes a southern Idaho airport authority region. The bill would allow two (2) or more counties to create, manage, and dissolve a regional airport authority upon an affirmative vote of the said counties' voters.
