Consistent with the Governor's Red Tape Reduction Act, this bill seeks to eliminate an inactive licensing board. Chapter 38, Title 54, Idaho Codes, established the board of cemeterians in 1989 but the board has not been appointed, nor has a license been issued, in three decades since.
