Consistent with the Governor's Red Tape Reduction Act, this bill seeks to eliminate inactive provisions of law. Section 73-120 consists of local and special statutes passed in the 1919 session of the legislature that were not general laws and were not incorporated into the code. Repealing this section will therefore have no impact. Among the provisions included in this section was the establishment of a wagon road near Neal, Idaho .
