ThisresolutioncallsontheFederalismCommitteetostudytheimpactoftheUnitedStatesGovernmentPayment in Lieu of Taxes (PILT) program in Idaho. The Committee shall pilot technologies providing an objective standard to evaluate and appraise federal lands in real time to determine the fair taxable reimbursement value of federal lands.
