Amends existing law to provide that certain notice shall be given for an increase in the amount of rent charged.

This legislation amends section 55-307 Idaho Code to require that landlords provide at least forty-five days' written notice if the landlord is raising the rent by ten percent or more on an annual lease, and 30 days' notice for a rent increase of ten percent or more on a month-to-month lease.
