All beef cattle feeding operations are required to submit a "Nutrient Management Plan" to the Idaho State Department of Agriculture for approval. There are many avenues to create a plan, one being a web-based planner housed at ISDA. This bill provides the ability to use the ISDA planner while protecting proprietary information.
