TRANSPORTATION -- Amends existing law to revise the sales tax distribution to the Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation Fund and to establish the Bridge Maintenance and Replacement Program Fund.
TRANSPORTATION
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This legislation increases the distribution to the Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation program from 1% of sales tax collections to 2% of sales tax collections.
