Update and improve on basic day care license regulations for Idaho Overview: State legislation regarding child care licensing hasn't been updated since 2011. Part of this statute update is to comply with federal regulations and the rest of the updates are to align day care license requirements with the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) standards.
