STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This legislation relates to the determination of compliance with internet service neutrality standards. The freedom provided by net neutrality allows for innovation by Idahoans. Net neutrality ensures an impartial forum for people to exercise their First Amendment rights. Net neutrality also ensures that commerce is not impeded and would benefit every resident of Idaho.
