STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This joint resolution proposes an amendment to update and modernize Section 15, Article III, relating to the procedure of reading bills in the Idaho Legislature. It states the question to the electorate, directs Legislative Council to prepare and file statements, and directs the Secretary of State to publish the proposed amendment and arguments.
